ClearMindEHR Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms govern your use of the ClearMindEHR website (clearmindehr.ai). Commercial use of the ClearMindEHR platform by a healthcare practice is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Business Associate Agreement (BAA) — those agreements, not this page, define the contractual relationship for the service.

The service

ClearMindEHR is an electronic health record platform for licensed healthcare practices and providers. This website provides information about ClearMindEHR and lets prospective customers request a demo.

Eligibility & accounts

Access to the ClearMindEHR platform is for licensed healthcare practices and their authorized staff under an executed services agreement. Credentials are personal to each user; you are responsible for safeguarding them.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or platform — no attempts to breach security or tenant isolation, no unlawful use, and no access to data you are not authorized to access. Each practice can reach only its own data; this is enforced technically and required contractually.

Intellectual property

ClearMindEHR, the ClearMindEHR and APEX names and logos, and the platform itself are owned by us and our licensors. These terms grant no rights to those marks or to the software except as expressly provided in a signed agreement.

No medical advice

ClearMindEHR is clinical software used by licensed clinicians; it does not itself provide medical advice or practice medicine. Clinical decisions are the responsibility of the treating provider.

Disclaimers & liability

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, ClearMindEHR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Platform warranties and liability are set out in the applicable services agreement.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. (Commercial agreements may specify their own terms.)
