Security updates

Third-party software libraries used by the production application were updated; at release, the public advisory database reported no known vulnerabilities in them. The server's error-reporting library was upgraded and configured to send less information than before, and error reports now remove the access codes from the links patients receive by text or email in the common cases.

Lab results

Simulated lab results are now available only in the demonstration practice and are kept out of the clinical views that read lab results.

Patient email is one-way

Emails to patients no longer invite a reply. Where they offer a way to respond, they point to the patient portal, the practice's app, its text number or its phone, and they include 911 and 988 for emergencies.

Text messages

A patient's text is treated as a booking reply only when it is exactly a booking command; most other texts stay on the chart for staff. Every automatic booking reply names 911 and 988.

Access controls

More staff-only parts of the application now refuse patient portal and app sign-ins.

Security page

A public page describing how ClearMindEHR protects patient information was published at clearmindehr.ai/security.

Prescription dates

The date a prescription was written, copied from e-prescribing, now uses the practice's own calendar day rather than the UTC date, so an evening prescription no longer shows the next day.

Visit drafts

In AI visit drafts, buprenorphine beside a benzodiazepine is treated as a warning rather than a block only when every medication recorded in ClearMindEHR for the patient, and every drug in the draft, is recognised as buprenorphine or as not an opioid.
